AGiftASong turns the details you provide — the recipient's name, occasion, style, and your story — into a unique, personalized song. Each song is generated using AI music technology. Deliverables include a studio-quality MP3, original lyrics, and a gifting page to share the moment.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Pricing

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and confirmed at checkout before payment.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. A one-time Custom Song purchase unlocks your full song, including the MP3 download, original lyrics, and a shareable gifting page.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

5. Preview and Refund Policy

• We offer a free preview before you pay, so you can hear your actual personalized song first.
• If you are not 100% happy, we will create a new version for free.
• If the revised version is still not right, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property and License

• When you purchase a song, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for your personal gifting purpose.
• You may play, share, and download the song for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the songs, lyrics, or gifting pages is not permitted without our written consent.
• All underlying software, branding, and platform content remain the property of AGiftASong.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with our systems

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Songs are generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While we aim for high quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or styles. The preview feature lets you evaluate the song before purchasing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGiftASong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
